Ingredients
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can Evaporated milk or whole milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Run/whisky/Brandy (Opcional)
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan or Flan Mold, melt the granulated sugar with water over medium heat until it turns into a golden caramel. Stir occasionally to ensure even melting. 

  2. Let it boil until the bubbles turn a dark golden color, remove it from the heat and begin to distribute it throughout the mold evenly.

  3. In a blender, combine the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract. Blend for 3 minutes or until smooth and well combined.

  4. Pour the mixture into the caramel-coated baking dish, cover the baking dish tightly with the top.

  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the Quesillo for about 45 minutes. 

    Remove from the oven and let the flan cool to room temperature, Don't opened it until the flan is cool. Then, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow it to fully set.
