Ingredients
  • 1 Eggs
  • 1 Banana (Ripe or Very Ripe)
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 4 tbsp Oat Flour (Any flour)
Instructions
  1. Mash the banana with a fork until you get a single mixture. Add the egg and mixe.

  2. Add the milk, vanilla, and mix.

  3. Add an oatmeal flour and baking powder. If the mixture is liquid, you can add more aotmeal.

  4. Scoop the batter into a hot griddle or pan. I made a small scoop and made for a the same time

  1. The pan should be hot enough to add the mixture and cook over medium heat. 
  2. If you want a very spongy pancake, you must use flour and not oat flour. 
  3. Use a non-teflon pan or whatever with teflon. 
  4. If you use oat flour, you must wait a few second to be sure that the mix have the perfect texture.
