Healthy donuts is a recipe I came up with to provide my child with a fun and nutritious breakfast. It's quick to prepare and easy for him to eat on the go. This delightful treat not only offers a sufficient amount of nutrients and vitamins for the day but also makes eating an enjoyable experience for him.
He loves having the donuts for breakfast, and he practically devours all six donuts that come from one preparation. For me, it's a quick way to make breakfast without adding too much complexity to our morning routine.
This mixture can be used for both pancakes and cupcakes, and it has the same delightful effect on children. You can decorate them with colorful sprinkles and chocolate chips for variety. If your child is a fan of fruits, you can replace the chocolate with blueberries, and you can even add some walnuts for an extra twist.
I recommend using silicone molds because they are easy to demold, don't stick to the base, and also help the treats cool down quickly. You can get one here
The mix should be similar to the one in the video. The instructions show step by step how to do it.
