Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease bottom 9x13-inch cake pan.
Mix in the KitchenAid for 2min the eggs, milk and oil.
In a slow speed add the cake mix, then mixer high speed for 3 min.
Add the Chopped walnuts and almond and mixing with a spatula
Bake for 35min or until toothpick inserted in center come out clean.
Wait almost 15 min or until the cake is completely cool.
Cut the top the cake and be sure the cake is cool.
In the mixer, add the Sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk and milk for 3 minutes.
With a spond add a half of the liquid step by step, wait for 5min and add the rest.
Clean and dry the mixing bowl and the whisk attachment of your mixer thoroughly. Any traces of grease could hinder the egg whites from whipping properly
You can clarify the egg whites before starting if desired. This involves separating the egg whites from the yolks carefully and making sure there are no yolk remnants in the egg whites.
Begin by beating the egg whites on medium speed in your mixer.
After all the sugar has been incorporated, increase the mixer's speed to high and continue beating until the meringue forms firm and glossy peaks. The meringue should be smooth and shiny.
add the almond extract to the meringue once it has reached the desired consistency. Continue beating for a few more seconds to incorporate it.
Put the meringue in a pastry bag and select your prefer nozzles. Cover all top qith the meringue
Add the sliced almond and the spirkle chocolate in top.
